Release Gradual Rooms
In case of partial cancellation of rooms, Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal applies the following conditions:
– up to 25 rooms without penalty up to 60 days from the event date   15/08/2018
– up to 15 rooms without penalty up to 30 days in the event date        15/09/2018
– up to 10 rooms without penalty up to 10 days event date                  05/10/2018
– up to 5 rooms without penalty up to 3 days event date                      12/10/2018
– less than 3 days 100% penaltyRates for extra nights before or after the conference – payable by EPIA member
