For late registrations, in case the first hotel has no more rooms available, more rooms can be booked at the Hotel Excelsior Hilton distant 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from the Grand Hotel.

REGISTRATION
Only members who are current with 2013 membership dues will be able to sign up online (see the “Register” button above).
The Convention is open to EPIA members only. If non members of the association would like to attend they can apply for membership and a reduced fee for the last 2 months of 2012 membership will be applied.
Registration is completely automatic, and the payment can be done online (PayPal account / credit card) or offline (bank transfer).
Hotel reservation will be done also online by clicking the reservation botton under the hotel info.
THE FEES The fees for the convention will be divided in 2 sections:
1) Convention fees
This includes the actual organization of the convention.
In case of guests/spouses (girlfriends, wives), we agreed a reduced fee that will allow them to be part of the various activities .

2) Hotel fee
This concerns the Hotel bill and extras.
The hotel will bill you separately at the end of your stay.
